Ulysses Jewelers (“we”) runs ulysses-jewelers.com and the Ulysses Jewelers iOS and Android apps. This page is the privacy policy for the site and the apps. Altavista, Virginia, USA.

What we collect

If you create an account: name, email, password (stored hashed), sizes, and addresses you save. If you check out: name, email, shipping address, and what you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers. If you write us: the message and the address you send from. The apps and site also see coarse city-level location from the network (not a street address) for house analytics, plus pages you open, pieces you view, and items you add to the bag.

What we use it for

To fill orders, answer you, run your account, send invoices and payment links you asked for, improve the shop, and meet tax and legal duties. We do not sell your data.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), the host that serves the site, email delivery if we send a receipt or reset link, and USPS when we ship. Google may see a review you leave on Google. We do not use ad networks on the shop.

Keeping it

Orders and accounts stay as long as the house needs them for tax and warranty. You may write support@ulysses-jewelers.com to see, correct, or delete account data, within what the law requires we keep.

Children

The shop is not directed at children under 13.
