Returns and Exchanges
Most catalog pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unresized, and in the same condition they left the house — box, papers, and stamp intact.
What we take back
Custom work, special orders, engraved pieces, and anything sized or finished to your measure are not returnable. If a piece arrives damaged, write us the same day with photographs.
Exchanges and sizing
We confirm ring size, wrist, and chain length before we ship. If you need a different size after it arrives, write support. We will tell you whether an exchange is possible and what the work costs. The first size confirmation is part of the order; later sizing is not always free.
How to start a return
Do not send a piece back without a return number. Write the order number, the piece, and the reason to support@ulysses-jewelers.com.
