Items must be in brand-new, unworn, and unaltered condition with original security tags still attached.
Items must be returned with all original packaging and display boxes.

Hollow 14K gold items offer a bold look while remaining lightweight, requiring gentle handling. Returns will not be accepted for hollow pieces that show signs of accidental damage, crushing, creasing, or improper wear after delivery.
3. Inspection & Verification Process
For security and quality control, every returned item undergoes a thorough metallurgical, weight, and visual inspection by our expert staff upon arrival at our facility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days following inspection approval.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, you will receive an insured return shipping authorization label.
Pack the item securely inside plain outer packaging and drop it off at an authorized courier location.
