1. Order Processing & Security Screening

All orders undergo a standard 1 to 3 business day processing window for identity verification and fraud screening before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Signature Requirements & Delivery Protocols

Important Security Notice: To protect your investment against theft or loss, package delivery protocols are strictly enforced based on order value:

• Orders under $500: Shipped via standard fully insured priority courier.

• Orders $500 – $2,000: Direct Signature Required upon delivery.

• Orders over $2,000: Adult Signature Required (21+) with government-issued photo ID verification.

If no authorized individual is available to sign upon delivery, the courier will hold the package at a secure local facility for pickup.

3. Fully Insured Shipping & Discreet Packaging

Every shipment dispatched from our vault is 100% fully insured during transit. For safety and privacy, all orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging. There is no mention of "jewelry," "gold," or luxury terms on the exterior label.
