1. High-Value Order Verification & Fraud Protection

To protect our customers and business from fraudulent activity, high-ticket orders are subject to automated and manual security reviews. We reserve the right to request identity verification (matching billing/shipping information or government-issued ID) prior to processing any transaction. Orders that fail security screening will be canceled and refunded immediately.

2. Pricing & Typographical Errors

Because precious metals fluctuate and system errors can occur, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order containing typographical errors, incorrect manufacturer catalog pricing, or technical system glitches. If an order is canceled due to a pricing discrepancy, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full.

3. Market Price Adjustments

Retail prices for solid and hollow gold items are subject to change without prior notice based on live spot market valuations for 14K gold.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ulysses Jewelers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products once delivered and verified by signature.
